How we make an impact
We address urgent health needs and support vulnerable populations, while promoting sustainable care practices and offering medical professionals hands-on experience in our volunteer medical programs.
Where we serve
Our Clinics
Chuinahtajuyup Clinic
Our first clinic opened in a remote Mayan village in the mountains. Families farm, cook over open fires, and seek guidance from shamans. For many, this isn’t choice — 79,2% of the Indigenous population lives in extreme poverty with limited healthcare access.

La Salvia Clinic
Our clinic in La Salvia serves a coastal community near the Gulf of Fonseca. Many families rely on fishing and seasonal work, and basic services like electricity and running water are unavailable.

El Pojom Clinic
In the highlands of Huehuetenango, where Maya heritage runs deep, our clinic stands with the remote community of El Pojom. For over 10,000 Indigenous people, it is the only place they can turn to for medical care.
